Hey Reader,

My toxic trait is that I have too many interests, commit to too many things, and chronically overcomplicate them all.

I can't help myself.

This newsletter is evidence. I have lots of excuses, but I won't bore you with those.

I'm writing to let you know that I'm starting again, again.

The starting and stopping is a bit embarrassing, admittedly—but as Krista recently reminded me, I've never been one to let a little embarrassment stop me (not sure if I should be offended by that?).

So, here's what I'm (re)committing to in the following weeks:

• Posting daily on social for the next 90 days. This sucks.
• Writing one email a week for the next 3-months.

And just seeing what happens.

The content is changing, too. My focus lately has been AI. I've vibe-coded a few apps, built automations, decided some things are better without AI, and I've even formed an AI family.

Just kidding on that last bit—just seeing who is paying attention.

Every Tuesday, I'm going to pop in here with a tip, tutorial, prompt, or BTS on what I'm building with AI.

A few important notes on what this isn't...

• It's not an "outsource your whole life to AI" newsletter.
• I'm not pushing the "AI job-pocalypse."
• And I don't believe AI should replace human things.

But it has transformed the way I work in some pretty amazing ways, and I'm excited to share what I've learned.

If you're a bit bummed and started following along for list-building tips or more personal reflections, worry not. I'll be sharing some BTS of building this newsletter over on the BDOW! channels, and I'll continue sharing more personal posts over on The Ordinary Stuff.
